Terms & Conditions

• “User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
• “Job Seeker” or “Candidate” means a User seeking employment opportunities.
• “Employer” means a User posting jobs or searching for candidates.
• “Content” includes CVs, profiles, videos, job postings, messages, feedback, and any other materials uploaded or generated on the Platform.
• “Services” means all features offered by HoopJobs, including AI matching, Trust Scores, live video profiles, mock interviews, shortlisting tools, and messaging.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using HoopJobs, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Employers must be duly authorised to post jobs and recruit on behalf of their organisation.

3.1 You must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

HoopJobs is a Trusted AI-Powered hiring platform that connects Job Seekers with Employers. Key features include (but are not limited to):

• AI-powered matching and predictive fit scoring
• Automated CV screening with Trust Scores
• Live video profiles and structured video responses
• Mock interview practice with feedback
• Job posting, shortlisting, and messaging tools
• Application tracking

All Users agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Use the Platform only for lawful recruitment and job-seeking purposes
• Not upload false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or illegal Content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other Users

Job Seekers additionally agree to:

• Keep their profile, CV, and video content accurate and current
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity

Employers additionally agree to:

• Post only genuine job opportunities
• Comply with all applicable labour and anti-discrimination laws
• Not use candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment
• Handle candidate information confidentially and in accordance with data protection laws

6.1 You retain ownership of the Content you upload.

6.2 By uploading Content, you grant HoopJobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and process that Content solely for operating and improving the Platform (including AI training and matching).

6.3 You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your Content.

6.4 HoopJobs and its licensors own all rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and AI models. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Certain features may be free during promotional periods (including early-access offers). Paid plans, subscription fees, or performance-based pricing may apply as communicated on the Platform.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HoopJobs, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing necessary for AI matching, Trust Scores, and verification features.

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In particular:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated scores, matches, or recommendations.
• We do not guarantee that any Job Seeker will obtain employment or that any Employer will successfully fill a role.
• We do not verify every piece of information submitted by Users (beyond the verification features we expressly offer).
• The Platform may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions, especially during early stages of development.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoopJobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoopJobs and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your Content
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any dispute between Job Seekers and Employers

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.

You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HoopJobs regarding the Platform.
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
